WOOD NECTAR is an OMRI, CDFA, WSDA registered organic liquid additive whereas WOOD POWER is a natural liquid additive for conventional crops (NOT AN ADJUVANT OR SURFACTANT) that when added to the crop spray solution, increases the penetration and absorption of fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, phyto-hormones and foliar fertilizers. As a result, the rates of agro-chemicals needed will be greatly reduced, while keeping the same efficacy of the original recommended rates. These benefits are realized as WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER reduces the water cluster value, in addition to its chelating potential and physical chemical properties. Additionally, the natural ingredients present in its formulation will synergistically increase crop resistance to insects and diseases. The substances present in the WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER composition are also present in all cultivated plants, but in limited quantities to boost productive potential and resistance to pests and diseases. So when an exogenous amount of WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER is applied, its components are quickly recognized, absorbed and incorporated into plant metabolism. As a result of the increased concentration of these substances within the plants, they react favorably by increasing the rate of metabolism and consequently their growth, flowering, yield and resistance to pests and diseases in general.


WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER is derived from planted eucalyptus forests that uses no synthetic chemicals in it’s production. It is a natural product that contains 100% natural ingredients in its composition,  which are obtained by the condensation of all volatile substances present in the liquid phase during its distillation process. This product is described as WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER since all substances from the eucalyptus wood liquid phase will be the constituents of its complex formulation. The distillation temperature and pressure are fully controlled and monitored during the complete extraction process, so that the original chemical structure and properties of all wood volatile natural ingredients are fully preserved. After condensation, the product remains stored for a period of six months to complete the chemical reactions among the various components present in the formulation. Modern research on the use of wood vinegar – WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER - was first carried out in Japan in the early 1950s. It was very effective against: rosette or green mosaic in wheat, nematode in sweet potato, tobacco mosaic, powdery mildew in leafy vegetables, leaf miner and other insect pests. However, due to the introduction of agro-chemicals and their instantaneous effects, research and use of wood vinegar took a back seat to synthetic pesticides. But, because of the growing concerns about the safety, and effectiveness, of agro-chemicals in the environment and food supply, an interest in wood vinegar  resurfaced and WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER was developed as an organic alternative to be used in conjuction with a decrease in all synthetic, sustainable and organic agro-chemicals.   This organic alternative is now commonly used by growers in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil and is gaining momentum in other áreas of South, Central and North America.

It is estimated that WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER contains more than 300 constituents such as acetic acid, methanol, phenol, ester, acetals, ketone, formic acid and many others. Instead of the specific effectiveness of a certain element, in the case of WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER, various elements work synergistically. Various factors are controlled by the dilution rate of the WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER. It has a bactericidal effect as well as the ability to propagate microbes. It has radicational qualities, which provides a growth inducing effect. But depending on the concentration of the mixture it can also be used to retard the growth of the plant.
The various elements in WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER work as co-enzymes or catalysts. Various enzymes are involved in reactions such as cell multiplication. The functions of the enzymes are assisted by the elements in the wood nectar which co-ordinate the reactions and the cell multiplication. Elements that are effective as co-enzymes and catalysts require only a minute amount. It is like vitamins in our bodies. The dosage of some of these elements is effective in the unit of PPM. (Parts per million).
WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER contains a small amount of nutrients directly taken in by the plants. It also contains very few elements that have the bactericidal and anthelmintic effect. It is neither a fertilizer nor an agro-chemical. Yet when it is correctly applied, it enhances the intake of fertilizers and reduces the damages by various diseases. WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER enhances rooting, helps in the regulating of the nutrient condition of the soil, and the balance of the microbiological population. The changes in the microbiological population not only greatly reduce the tendency of soil bound diseases, it also increases the vitality of the roots and hence enable better uptake of nutrients.
Wood vinegar – WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER had been long known to be very effective against nematodes. It kills nematodes directly as well as propagates microbes that feed on them. The high acidity, methanol and phenol content have strong bactericidal effect at a high concentration, such as 50 to 100 times dilution. However, microbes propagate well when it is diluted to 200 times dilution. This is mainly due to the effect on the metabolism by its main element, acetic acid. Acetyl co-enzyme is produced by plants and microbes from acetic acid. Through the TCA cycle, acetyl co-enzyme is converted into citridic acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, succiric acid and other elements that are necessary for the plant and microbes. This is the primary reason for the propagation of microbes.
Through foliar application, some bacteria are killed by direct contact and the changes of the microbiological population deter the propagation of pathogenic bacteria. The acidity on the leaves surface also deters propagation. However, the most remarkable effects of foliar application are the increase in resistance of the leaves against pests and diseases and the increase in the effectiveness of agro-chemicals.
Through foliar application of WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER, the leaves become shiny and darker in color. This is due to the increase in chlorophyll through the effect of ester in the wood vinegar which promotes photosynthesis. The ester also helps in the formation of sugar and amino acids, therefore resulting in better tasting produce, and the healthier leaves naturally have a stronger resistance against pests and diseases.

Five plant hormones are closely related to the growth and health of a plant. These are: gibberellin, cytokinin, auxin, ethylene and abscisic acid. Ethylene and abscisic acid contribute to the plant’s resistance against diseases and attacks from bacteria. An amino acid called methionine effects the formation of ethylene. The formation of ethylene is reduced by the excessive intake of nitrogen. On the other hand, growth hormones like gibberellin, cytokinin and auxin will be produced. As a result, the size of the plant increases but the resistance against diseases is reduced. The formation of oxidized ethylene from ethylene and the formation of methionine is accelerated by the acid content of WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER.
Furthermore, WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER accelerates the process of transformation from nitrogen to amino acids. In other words, nitrogen is effectively transformed into amino acids. This will also stabilize the formation of methionine.  As the result, oxidized ethylene is also produced. These processes contribute to higher plant resistance against various diseases.
At 300 times dilution, WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER can reduce the cluster value of water to 1/3. This means that the water is activated and can be easily absorbed by the plants because water with a low cluster value is in a very small mass. Each of these masses will hold one or few mineral elements. These elements can be easily taken into the plants.
The concentration of agro-chemicals or liquid fertilizers can be reduced up to 50% if it is diluted in a 300 times dilution solution of WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER due to its higher permeation. This will greatly reduce the use of agro-chemicals. However, it should not be used with alkaline chemicals.







Water molecule is formed by two hydrogen and one oxygen atoms (H2O). The arrangement of the atoms in the molecule establishes a positive zone on one side and a negative one on the opposite side.


The water molecule with the regular cluster value holds around 10 individual molecules. However when its cluster value is reduced it holds around 6 water molecules. In that way, the water cluster value (WCV) becomes smaller in mass and size, and is more readly absorbed by the plant cells.  Because the WCV is smaller, the molecules will accommodate themselves better inside the plant cell, so that more individual water molecules will be absorbed before the cell becomes saturated.

Adjuvants are products added to a spray solution that can have a variety of functions such as spreading, wetting and/or modifying droplet formation and behaviour.
The most common adjuvant function is to modify the interaction of spray droplets and the leaf surface by altering the surface tension of the droplet. Droplets with a high surface tension will be more likely to bounce off leaf surfaces while those with a low surface tension will tend to spread on contact and be retained.
A spray solution with spherical shaped droplets on contact with a leaf surface are said to have a high surface tension. Droplets that readily deform and spread on contact have a lower surface tension. As a consequence the spray solution will be in contact with a larger leaf área which will favor a better contact of the chemicals in the spray solution with the leaf surfaces.


As it can be seen, WOOD NECTAR/WOOD POWER is not an adjuvant. Therefore, when adding Wood Nectar to the spray solution, an adjuvant should still be used, since Wood Nectar does not lower the water surface tension but decrease the cluster value of the water molecule which will result in better uptake of all ag-chemicals present in the spray solution.
